Here you will find information on my online coaching as well as the occasional post I write. I typically write about things regarding training, nutrition, and generally just trying to figure out how to overcome various obstacles one finds when training.
I enjoy writing about and teaching various things that I have learned over the years, so much of what you find here will not be me coming up with novel ideas that nobody has ever heard of. I write about training methods that I either find interesting, helpful, or am personally using in my own training. I hold research in very high regard which leads most of what I write to be inspired by what the researchers I follow are publishing at the moment. My goal both for myself and my clients is to provide the best possible results, and those results come through methods that are rigorously tested and proven to be effective.
