Here you will find information on my online coaching as well as the occasional post I write. I typically write about things regarding training, nutrition, and generally just trying to figure out how to overcome various obstacles one finds when training.
I enjoy writing about and teaching various things that I have learned over the years, so much of what you find here will not be me coming up with novel ideas that nobody has ever heard of. I typically write about things that are established within the lifting community through research and sometimes anecdotal evidence (which can be fun). My goal is to educate people so that they can learn to take control of their training and their physical health in general.
